Biography

I was born in New Jersey and moved to Ohio at the age of two. After a few years, my family moved out to southern California, where I grew up and graduated from high school. I am married to my wife, Laurie, and have five kids. In my free time I love playing golf, boating, and camping with my family.

I have a Bachelor of Economics from California State University, Pomona, and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton.  In May of 2007, I received a Master of Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

It is hard to believe I have been here at San Tan Foothills High School since 2010. I began my ride in the San Tan Valley schools at San Tan Heights K-8 as a middle school Social Studies teacher in 2005.  Three years later, I was promoted to Assistant Principal at Mountain Vista K-8, where I worked for two more years.  I then transferred to San Tan Foothills High School, where I have been for the last eight years. In my current role, I serve as the Athletic Director and an Assistant Principal.

I am excited for the potential in all of our sports programs here at San Tan Foothills with the addition of two new feeder schools. This inevitable growth means more opportunities for success and more fun for our student athletes, which I look forward to facilitating.
